Free Shipping Within India
We deliver to all and any postal address around the India. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code.
Our courier agents are Delhivery / DTDC / BLUEDART
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders valued between ₹500 to ₹5000, with a flat ₹80/- COD charge.
All orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
Delivery time:

Delhi NCR: within 2-5 working days

Rest of India: within 5–7 working days
You’ll receive a notification once your order is dispatched and again when it’s out for delivery in your area.
Please Note: All handmade products are made to order, and the delivery time for these items is 15–20 days across India.
Transit Times
If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days. This is because some products are shipped from different locations or may have varying availability.
We carefully pack and dispatch each item to ensure safe and secure delivery, so you might receive more than one parcel for a single order. Don’t worry — you’ll receive tracking updates for every shipment sent to your address.
Address Change Requests
Once your order has been placed, we’re unable to make major changes. However, if you need to update your delivery address, please email / Whatsapp us within 24 hours of placing the order, and we’ll do our best to help.
After the order is shipped, we won’t be able to modify the address, so please make sure all details are correct before confirming your purchase.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order to ensure smooth and timely delivery. If the address or PIN code provided is incorrect or incomplete, some courier companies may apply additional charges or penalties.
In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any extra costs that arise due to address errors.
If an order needs to be re-shipped because of an incorrect address, the re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Delay in Shipping
The availability mentioned on each product page indicates the estimated time required to dispatch your order from our warehouse.
If there’s a delay in shipping due to an item being out of stock or any unexpected fulfillment issue, we’ll inform you promptly by email. In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels if items have different dispatch timelines.
If we’re unable to fulfill part of your order within a reasonable time, we may issue a refund or store credit for the unfulfilled items.
Please note that certain delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as courier or logistics issues). In such cases, refunds, replacements, or exchanges may not be applicable; however, we’ll do our best to assist you with store credit or alternative solutions whenever possible.
